Our multifaceted Inventory management system keeps a tight grip on both finished goods inventory and operating goods (MRO) by using automations to closely monitor inbound and outbound stock whilst combining live data visualization with key analytics to gauge optimal stock levels, sales tracking performance and effective zonal positioning for rapid outbound response so finished goods (i.e. FMCG's) are able to reach the end user with as little operating friction as possible ultimately boosting productivity and cost efficiency, and providing a better all round user and customer experience.

The focus on live data provides an acute automated and intuitivite response from the system thus limiting the need for less reliable manual input i.e. person stock checks and therefore provides more accurate figures than a manual inventory check operative.

Grow quicker and easier

When a business grows in size and complexity, the need for a more complex system to manage it is also increased. When new product lines, staff, and production lines are required because of growing customer demand, the organization of those stocks and materials becomes harder to manage.

It is important to get control over physical inventory from the get-go if you plan to upscale your business. Rapid growth creates a barrage of extra work, including hiring personnel, moving to larger premises and/or multiple locations, and renegotiating terms with existing suppliers and forging ties with new suppliers. Having an efficient stock/inventory  system already embedded into your business will most certainly help lessen immense growing pains as we scale effortlessly alongside you.

Customer Confidence

Inventory management systems dictate the speed at which inventory and products get to your customers, how reliably you can consistently fulfill a customer sales order, and allow your customers more visibility into your process - increasing trust levels between customer and company. #

Customers will have a much higher rate of satisfaction if they can reliably count on your organization to deliver an order in a timely manner - especially if they are updated as to its availability and progress along its fulfilment journey. #

This is especially true in terms of business-to-business relationships. For retail consumers a missed deadline can be inconvenient but for business, it can mean lost profits and missed sales.

Stock level controls

Maintain stock levels within the warehouse for finished goods to ensure you have enough stock on hand to fulfil customer orders and prevent paying extra in time, resources and money to retrieve additional stock from other locations to fulfil orders.

Create notifications for low stock levels based on your own thresholds, and prevent overstock by linking into purchase order systems to minimize the number of excess stock items that may be occupying valuable space in your warehouse. ability to plan purchases and sales in advance.

Automatically route orders to specific warehouses based on sales channels, stock levels or destination addresses.

Specialist inventory tracking

Our system provides flexibility to manage specialist inventory types - such as perishable goods i.e. FILO, FEFO and FIFO.

Smart Hub provides automatic FEFO stock allocation management for perishable products with a dynamic table which prioritises First to Expire Goods with custom expiry date warning notifications so users are warned ahead of time to ensure little wastage.

Take control of batches and lots: Ensure every piece of inventory that flows through your warehouse can be tracked to its group of origin by tracking which batches have been sent to specific customers in case of product recall events.

Serial Numbers: Incorporate individual serial number tracking for high value goods on outbound despatch - such as IMEI numbers for high end mobile phones.

Full Audit Trail: All stock transactions are fully auditable. Every stock transaction is stored with the order ID, customer name and operator that committed the action. These are all easily exportable to excel for reconciling.
